Beetroot juice preparation is very simple. Its preferred to be taken in morning empty stomach. After having this juice you will feel very active whole day. Its very energetic drink.

INGREDIENTS :

1 Beetroot

1 Tomato

3 – 4 Basil leaves/ Mint leaves

1/2 tsp Black papper

Salt as per taste

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. First will wash beetroot and tomato well.
  2. Now cut them in big size, as we need to grind them.

3. Now in a mixer grinder add cutted beetroot and tomato.

4. Now add basil leaves or mint leaves, if you want you can add both.

5. Now grind them very well and make fine paste.

6. If you feel you can add little water into it.

7. Now as the paste is done, take a bowl place a white cloth to filter the juice.

8. Now add water as per you like the consistence of juice should be.

9. I have added 1 cup of water to make the juice in thick form.

10. Now filter the juice properly, with help of your hand press them gently and take out the juice.

11. As you feel complete juice is taken out, don’t throw the left over beetroot pulp.

13. As its done, add 1/2 tsp black pepper and salt as per taste.

14. Now garnish it with basil leaves.

15. You can serve it normal or chilled, as this drink is mostly taken in morning so its preferred to serve normal.
