If you want it to be more of cocktail like you can add soda and serve. taste before and if you watermelon is not much sweet can add sugar into it. but natural sweetness is the best.

TIME: 5 mins
1 cup Watermelon
1 cup Coconut water
2 tsp Lime juice
Black salt as per taste
- First will cut the watermelon in cubes are try to take out its seed.
2. Break the big coconut and use full one coconut water its approx 1 cup, i am also using some flesh of coconut.
3. Now will mix both and add them in blender and make fine pure.
4. Place a fine-mesh sieve over a pitcher and carefully pour the pureed watermelon through the sieve. Discard pulp.
5. Add lime juice and mix.
6. Chill and serve with ice, you can present them in watermelon shell.
7. Or even you can use the coconut shell… 😀
