3 – 4 Basil leaves/ Mint leaves
1/2 tsp Black papper
Salt as per taste
- First will wash beetroot, carrot, amla and tomato well.
- Now cut them in big size, as we need to grind them.
Cut beetroot, carrot, amla.
3. Now in a mixer grinder add cutted beetroot, carrot, amla and mint leaves.
4. Now add cut tomato.
5. Now grind them very well and make fine paste.
6. If you feel you can add little water into it.
7. Now as the paste is done, take a bowl place a white cloth to filter the juice.
8. Now add water as per you like the consistence of juice should be.
9. I have added 1 cup of water to make the juice in thick form.
10. Now filter the juice properly, with help of your hand press them gently and take out the juice.
11. As its done, add 1/2 tsp black pepper and salt as per taste.
12. Now garnish it with basil leaves.
13. You can serve it normal or chilled, as this drink is mostly taken in morning so its preferred to serve normal.
