Yummy chocolate cake, without egg and oven. Its easy and very delicious.

- 1 cup all purpose flour/maida
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup sugar powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- ½ cup oil or melted butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp coffee
For the cocoa frosting:
- 2 tsp butter at room temperature
- 3 tsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- 4 tbsp sugar or add as required
- 1 big dark chocolate
for the cake:
2. Now mix the all dry ingredients well.
3. Now add all the liquid ingredients, ½ cup milk, ½ cup oil or melted butter and ½ tsp vanilla extract and stir so that the sugar dissolves.
4. Using whisk mix everything well.
5.Now grease the cake pan with butter and if you want also use butter paper, grease the paper also.
6.Now after a good thick batter, pour the batter in a greased cake pan. There should be no lumps in the cake batter, so give it a tap so that all lumps get settle.
6.Now place a small stand in a pressure cooker, you can also use steel normal bowl. Now cover the lid of cooker without whistle on high flame for 5 mins.
7.Let it get pre heated, please note you don’t need to pour water. It can be cooked without water also and nothing going to happen the cooker even.
8.Now after 5 mins, lower the flame and place the cake pan on the stand and steam the cake using a pressure cooker without the whistle and steam for 10 to 12 minutes on medium flame.
9.After 12 mins lower the flame for 15 mins more.
10.Now allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
11.Now with the help of tooth pick check whether the cake is baked properly.
12.If your tooth pick comes out clearly then its ready.
13.Now off the gas and take out the cake pan, let it get cool for few mins.
14.Now with the help of knife lose the edges of the cake. Place the serving plate over it and twist it and give a tap, so that the cake will come out properly.
15.Now unwrap the butter paper properly and your cake is ready.
1.Take a big pan or kadhai filled with water, now over that take a saucepan and give a heat.
2.Now take 2 tbsp butter, 4 tbsp sugar, 3 tsp cocoa powder and 3 tbsp milk in a saucepan. Give them a stir.
3.Now add dark chocolate in saucepan and stir it till it gets melted.
4.Now with a spatula stir so that all the ingredients get well mixed.
5.As you see the mixture get well thick the cocoa frosting is ready.
6.As the cocoa frosting is hot, spread the frosting on the cake as well as the sides with a spatula. you can also use knife for spreading the cocoa frosting.
7.Now keep the cake for 10 mins in fridge, so that the frosting will set.
8.After its set décor it with gems and also give some icing sugar sprinkle over it.
9. Cake is ready now slice and serve the the eggless cooker chocolate cake.
