Palak Jhol

Palak (Sipanch) is has a very healthy vegetable.it helps to Control your blood sugar level, its gives control on cholesterol and even very good for our skin. Basically it should be serve in Dinner as its very light. Palak Jhol is very healthy dish, it can be sever to any age person. its masala free and oil free.

Ingredient:
2 bunch Palak (Spinach)
4-5 garlic cloves
1 tsp ginger
3-4 green chilies
2 tsp Butter
1 inch Cinnamon (Dalchini)
1 tsp Mustard seeds (Rai)
1 Onion
1 Lemon juice
1 tsp coriander leaves
Salt as per taste

Method:
Wash the palak leaves properly and keep it aside.
Chop the Onion in small size, keep it aside. now cut the palak also in normal size and keep it aside.
Now place a pressure cooker on gas in medium flame put butter in it, as the butter melt put 1 tsp Mustard seeds (Rai) and 1 inch Cinnamon (Dalchini) and lower the flame.
After 2 mins add chopped onion, crushed garlic, finely chopped ginger and big size cutted green chilies. just give one cut to green chilli. if you want you can also use ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Now stir it for 5 mins, let the chopped garlic get little brown.
Now add palak (Spinach), salt as per taste and stir it well. Then close the cooker and give it one whistle.
After one whistle off the gas and after 5 mins open the cooker add lime juice and garnish it with 1 tsp coriander leaves.
Now serve it hot with jeera rice or Roti.
