Kale Chane Pakora

In India pakora’s are special dish on any occasion rather its kids party, marriage or any other parties. It is even popular street food. Its very much popular during rainy season. Hot n Spicy pakora with yummy chatney.

1 Bowl bengal gram (Kale Chane)
7-8 green chilies
Good amount of Coriander leaves
1 full garlic bunch
2 normal size Onion
2 tsp Cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tsp asafoetida (HIng)
Salt as per taste
Oil to fry.

Note : you can add more vegetables like sliced capsicum, grated carrot, square cut potatoes, small size cut cauliflower, cabbage etc…

Firstly soak the Bengal gram for over night. then in morning separate the grams from water and keep is aside for 10 mins.
Now in a mixer grinder put bengal gram, green chillies, garlic, salt and grind it in a fine paste. add water if required.
Now in a mixing bowl pour the bengal gram paste and add 2 tsp Cumin seeds (jeera), Good amount of chopped Coriander leaves, 2 normal size chopped Onion,1 tsp asafoetida (HIng) and salt if required. now mix all the ingredient well and make the pakora batter, it should not be too thick nor too liquid form.
Now place a frying pan add oil into it for frying the pakora’s. Now with the help of spoon make pakora’s if your comfortable you can make it with hands also.
Deep shallow the pakora’s on medium flame and let it get brown.
Take it out and serve it with any chatney or tomato sauce and Bread.
