Bored and tired with daily schedule and bored to cook??? Try quick and very simple Veg Pulao, its very easy to cook with less time and yummy too.

Ingredient :
1.5 cup Basmati Rice or any rice
1 large Onion finely chopped,
veg pulao2 Tomato finely chopped,
5-6 Green Peas,
5-6 finely chopped French Beans,
1 chopped Carrot,
4-5 Green Chili,
1-inch piece of Cinnamon,
2 Cloves,
2 Bay Leaf,
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder spice as per your taste,
chopped Coriander Leaves,
1 tsp lemon Juice,
2 tsp Oil/Ghee,
Salt as per your taste.

Method :
First Wash rice and soak it in water for 15-20 minutes. Now cook the rice first and keep it open aside to get cool.
Now in a pan(Kadhayi) heat 2 tsp ghee or oil as per your taste on low flame. Add 2 bay leaf, 1 cinnamon, 2 clove, and sauté it for 30 seconds.
Add 1 finely chopped onion and 4-5 chopped green chili and sauté until it turns light brown on low flame. Now add 2 chopped tomato and cook it for 5 minutes on high flame.
Now add chopped green peas, french beans and carrot. Stir them properly.
Now add 1 tsp garam masala powder and salt as per taste.
Now cover it on normal flame and cook it till all vegetables are cooked properly. When you feel all vegetables are well cooked add the cooked rice and mix it properly. Let the all vegetables and masala get mixed with the rice properly.
Now add chopped coriander and 1 tsp lemon juice and mix it well and turn off the flame.
Serve it with Raita and enjoy it.
