Healthy Pizza

If you thinking for something quick and yummy Snack for kids party or any get-other party you can go with home made Pizza.

Ingredient :

For Sauce –
1 Capsicum
1 Tomato
1 Onion
6-7 clove Garlic
1 tsp Red Chili or as per your taste
1 tsp Ajinomoto (Chinese salt)
2 tsp Tomato Sauce
Salt as per your taste
2 tsp Olive Oil.

For toppings –
1 normal sized chopped or sliced Capsicum
1 normal sized chopped or sliced Tomato
1 normal sized chopped or sliced Onion
1 normal sized chopped Baby corn
4 Pizza bread (as per your guest) / 1 packet Brown bread (as per your guest)
1 cup graded Mozzarella Cheese
2 tsp crushed black pepper powder
Method:
Pizza sauce:
In a mixture grinder jar add roughly cut 1 capsicum, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 6-7 garlic and 1 tsp red chili powder. now grind it properly and make a fine paste.
Now in a pan add 2 tsp olive oil as the oil get hot, lower the flame and add the grinded paste in pan mix it slowly. Now add salt as per taste and 1 tsp Ajinomoto (Chinese salt). Mix it slowly, as the paste get thick turn off the flame and keep it aside.
Now slice the capsicum, onion and tomato in round shape or cut it in normal size and baby corn in normal size for toppings and keep it aside (you can add more vegetables as per your taste like grated carrot, spring onion, paneer, mushroom etc.)
Now take the 1 pizza bread/ 1 brown bread slice apply the sauce or paste on the bread and place the cutted capsicum, onion, tomato and baby corn over it. Now sprinkle mozzarella cheese or any low fat cheese. also sprinkle black pepper powder and place it in oven for 7 mins or if you don’t have oven, you can use fry pan also. Keep the flame on lower place the pizza on fry pan and cover it for 5 mins. keep checking as the bread get brown from the bottom you can turn off the gas. same repeat it with other breads.
Now cut it in pieces and enjoy the Healthy pizza.
